Why Web3 community will have more job opportunities by the end of 2022 ?

WEB 3 BASED CAREERS

For the past few months, Web3 has been the subject of Excitement. But if you're a Web3 nerd, you realise how far the internet has progressed since the 1990s. What is moving this Revolution? The technological belief upholds, not the money or the trend matter. Due to this, more people are looking into career opportunities in Web3.

Blockchain is paving the way for novel business models and asset redistributions in addition to shifting paradigms to decentralized protocols. What if a web browser had an adblocker built in and didn't track or save any of your data? One such instance of this paradigm shift in action is the business strategy behind Brave.

DeFi is being adopted by many other sectors in addition to banking, such as healthcare, supply chain, gaming, IoT, and digital identification. This list goes on forever. This is why blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies are currently so popular. They are moving in the direction of a Web 3.0 environment that is sustainable.

What Opportunities Are There in the Web 3.0 Space?

Blockchain Developer

Often referred to as a "Blockchain dApp Developer," these individuals create blockchain-based applications in a manner akin to web applications utilizing standards established by web architects and Blockchain Core Developers. They essentially use already available technologies to construct dApps on top of Blockchain technology. Building and deploying smart contracts on the Blockchain allows for this. Among the tools needed for the job are Solidity and Substrate.

Solidity Developer

Most of these positions might already exist in tech but will be modified for web3 due to the technology-driven nature of web3. A solidity developer is an illustration. For Ethereum, one of the biggest blockchains, they create smart contracts. Solidity is a computer language that is used to generate these contracts. If you enjoy working as a developer in the Web3 industry, this would be an excellent fit for you. Additionally, the pay for this specialized skill set is exorbitant.

Blockchain Engineer

As a blockchain engineer, you will probably be employed by Ethereum and Bitcoin, two of the biggest blockchain platforms in existence. They design and construct blockchain-based apps as part of this profession, test them, and use the technology to develop systems or applications that help their organization.

Community Manager

It does just as stated, but only in a very small area. In addition to managing the company's interactions with its communities, someone in this position will also be expected to manage such communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram. You will be in charge of generating buzz for your Web 3.O business in these areas. In essence, they build community awareness to support onboarding enthusiasts and anchor client trust in the company.

 Marketing Manager

In addition to tech-related professions, Web3 will also provide conventional, non-technical positions. One such aspect is marketing. From entry-level occupations to senior and executive positions, this zone has a wide variety of job opportunities. If you have an interest in marketing, you should look into this field and use your abilities.

Designer of UX/UI

It pretty much goes without saying. Blockchain products follow the same design principles as regular products. But there's a problem. Since Blockchain is a little difficult for regular people to understand, you must adhere to the KISS concept. Communicating with developers is another requirement for getting your product adopted widely. The user experience must be smooth throughout the entire process. Additionally, any technical complexity-related impediments will be removed.

Conclusion

The innovations in this area are quickening, with AI fostering synergy with Web 3.0, NFTs gaining traction, virtual interactions with social media, Flux advancing its web iterations, and cloud technologies. Clearly, this is the year of Web 3.0 and more. Why then wait? Keep an eye on the Web 3.O community; by the end of 2022, more opportunities will present themselves, helping it to advance to a new level.

Microsoft will stop supporting Windows 8.1 in January 2023

Beginning January 10, 2023, Microsoft will stop releasing security updates for Windows 8.1. Users are then urged to upgrade to Windows 11 for a safer experience. One of my favourite versions of the well-known operating system was Windows 8.1, particularly since it struck the ideal mix between the older, traditional Windows interface and the tiled UI Microsoft was aiming for at the time. After the disaster that was Windows 8, Windows 8.1 offered a steady experience.  However, Windows 8.1's demise is imminent as Windows 10 and Windows 11 have become considerably more popular, stable, and feature-rich. According to Microsoft, technical support for Windows 8.1 will cease in January 2023, or around 7 months from now. Similarly, support for Windows 8 was discontinued in January 2016. Users of Windows 8.1 who want to continue using the operating system securely must upgrade to a newer version of Windows after January 10, 2023, as they will no longer receive security updates. What happens ...

Report: AI is no longer a fringe technology in India

According to a recent analysis by Bain & Company, 80 percent of the businesses examined now have at least one AI model in use, proving that artificial intelligence is no longer a cutting-edge technology in India. The paper, titled From Buzz to Reality: The Accelerating Pace of AI in India, is based on a survey of close to 150 providers and 350 businesses. It will be released on Tuesday. Microsoft and the Internet and Mobile Association of India have worked together on this (IAMAI). As opposed to 56 percent of their global counterparts, technology solution providers in India are the ones driving AI adoption, with 64 percent of their solutions incorporating AI/ML as a core component. However, only a few use cases have been implemented by most enterprises, who are still in the early phases of adopting AI. Indian companies are now substantially more interested in using AI to boost business outcomes. However, there is a lot of hype and hyperbole surrounding what exactly qualifies as art...
